I work with people who are struggling with anxiety around food, eating disorders ( diagnosed or assumed) , and body image — whether it’s anorexia ( in weight restoration phase) , restrictive behaviours, bingeing, buleimia, ARFID or simply feeling out of control around food.
I also support parents, partners, and loved ones who are caring for someone with food struggles, helping them understand what’s happening and giving them tools to support safely without feeling overwhelmed.
