Are you constantly overthinking, struggling to switch off, feeling anxious about food or finding that sleep is no longer what it used to be?
Perhaps midlife has brought changes in your mood, confidence, body or relationship with food. You may look as though you're coping on the outside, but inside you feel exhausted by the constant mental chatter.
You don't have to keep feeling this way.
I'm Holly Stone, an award-winning Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and specialist in eating disorders and disordered eating. I help you to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, reduce anxiety and develop a calmer, healthier relationship with food and sleep.
My approach combines specialist knowledge of psychology, neuroscience, eating behaviours and sleep with personalised, future-focused hypnotherapy.
In-person appointments in Billingshurst, West Sussex, and online throughout the UK and further afield.

Tailored support to help you move from overwhelm to calm, clarity and control
You deserve to feel at ease in your own mind and body.
When life feels overwhelming, it can be difficult to know where to start.
Anxiety, poor sleep and difficulties around food are often more connected than we realise. When your brain is constantly under pressure, your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and ability to make decisions can all be affected.
You might find yourself:
Overthinking everything and struggling to switch off.
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or constantly on alert.
Thinking about food far more than you'd like.
Eating in response to stress, emotions or exhaustion.
Following rigid food rules or feeling guilty after eating.
Struggling with body confidence or changes during menopause.
Waking during the night or feeling exhausted despite sleeping.
Knowing what you want to change but finding yourself repeating the same patterns.
These difficulties aren't simply a matter of willpower or trying harder.
Sometimes, the very behaviours we want to change have become ways of managing stress, difficult emotions or deeply established patterns of thinking.
Understanding what's happening in your brain is an important first step towards changing it.
My role is to help you create the right conditions for change, so you can move beyond simply coping and begin to feel more like yourself again.
Food Freedom
Disordered eating can show up in many ways, including emotional eating, rigid food rules, guilt around eating or feeling disconnected from hunger and fullness cues. I offer specialist hypnotherapy for disordered eating, supporting clients through online sessions designed to gently address underlying patterns and improve their relationship with food.

Sleep & Rest
Your step-by-step roadmap to healthier sleep, improved mood, reduced stress, and a calmer mind.
This programme was created to share everything I’ve learned through years of solution-focused hypnotherapy and CBT-I practice—for people who need expert support but may not be ready or able to commit to 1-to-1 therapy.

Hypnotherapy
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is a gentle, science-based approach that helps you create the future you want — free from the problems that have been holding you back. Rather than focusing on the past, we work together to build on your strengths, so change happens naturally and sustainably.

Does Food Dictate Your Day?
Do you find yourself constantly thinking about food, planning around meals, worrying about what you’ve eaten or what you “should” eat next? Or you are supporting someone who is struggling.
Perhaps you’re not sleeping well, your mind feels constantly busy, and food anxiety is quietly taking over more space than you’d like.
You are not alone.
Specialist support, shaped around you.
No two people experience anxiety, food difficulties or sleep problems in exactly the same way. That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
Whether you need individual therapy, specialist food freedom support or help improving your sleep, we start by understanding what you want to change and build a personalised approach around your needs.

HERE’S WHAT MY CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
"But the biggest thing that I've learned from it all, is this. Losing weight to get to a particular number on a scale is not the point. It's this. This feeling of living a whole beautiful life. And I mean really LIVING it.
Not restricting yourself to a salad leaf and an on/off mentality. Choosing yourself every day.
Feeling part of something bigger, losing yourself in teh beauty of teh process and having pinch me moments like this"

HERE’S WHAT MY CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
"Holly has this wonderful ability to explain why our brains work they way they do, how important sleep is to our overall well being and how solution focused hypnotherapy helps de-stress and change our perspective on things. She is friendly and approachable. I would say most of us have a little bit of “madness” in our lives and working with Holly turns madness into calmness and contentment."

HERE’S WHAT MY CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
Holly has been an exceptional facilitator throughout my training. From the beginning, she made herself available, listened deeply, and supported me with genuine care. She didn’t just teach she challenged me. She questioned the way I worked, not to undermine me, but to help me show my strengths and understand why my approach mattered.
Her guidance helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. She created a space where I felt safe enough to stretch myself, explore new ways of thinking, and trust my own abilities. Every step of the way, she balanced encouragement with thoughtful challenge, and that combination has been invaluable.
Holly has been an amazing trainer consistent, present, and invested. Her influence has shaped not only my practice, but my confidence, my calm, and my belief in myself. I am profoundly grateful for everything she has done to support my development.
